Terms and Conditions

1. Order Acceptance

1.1. Your order is considered lodged with Jigsaw Publications when:

  1.1.1. the order is "charged to account"
  1.1.2. the order and payment is received by Jigsaw Publications
  1.1.3. credit card payment is made and order is lodged

2. Price and Delivery

2.1 The price you will pay for the goods is the price generated and shown in your order.
2.2 Goods are considered received by you when you, a member of your staff or your agent have signed for their receipt.

3. Refund Policy

Please check your order carefully, and ensure you have previewed any customised resources before submitting your order. Jigsaw Publications has a strict no returns policy except when:

  3.1.1. the goods supplied are not those listed on the order
  3.1.2. the goods are damaged or are not complete.

Jigsaw Publications'  products, including all print-based and online learning resources, the Jigsaw Publications website, the ResourceBuilder, SkillsTracer, EasyRPL and online learning applications and all associated logos, are copyright under the Copyright Act (1968).

Our products cannot be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without prior permission of Jigsaw Publications and Australian Remote and Rural Training Systems, except under the Copyright Act (1968) provision of "fair dealing". Organisations wishing to reproduce any part of our products for commercial gain must contact Jigsaw for permission.

Previewed resource PDFs, generated by the Jigsaw ResourceBuilder, are purely for preview purposes, and must not be photocopied or reproduced under any circumstances.

5. Variation

These terms and conditions cannot be varied except in writing signed by an authorised person at Jigsaw publications.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of South Australia.
